Swedish massage
Swedish massage is a classic light pressure massage that incorporates various techniques such as gliding, kneading, and cross-fiber friction to break up muscle tension as well as increase circulation.
Sports massage
Sports Massage is a firm pressure manual therapy treatment focusing primarily on the neuromusculoskeletal system to treat pain and disability by incorporating kneading, manipulation of muscles, joint mobilization and joint manipulation.
Hot Stone massage
Hot Stone Massage is when the therapist uses smooth heated basalt stones, either as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body while they massage other parts of the body. The heat is both deeply relaxing and helps to warm up tight muscles. Please add $30 to your service to upgrade to a Hot Stone session. *Only available with the 90 Min and 120 Min sessions.
Aromatherapy massage
Aromatherapy Massage uses specialized oils to provide deeper relaxation and to target specific issues in the body. Please add a minimum of $10 to your service. The use of specific oils may be used or requested for an additional charge, please discuss with your therapist. Please add $30 to your service to upgrade to a Hot Stone session. *Only available with the 90 Min and 120 Min sessions.
Deep Tissue massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a firm pressure massage focusing on the reduction of chronic pain by working the deepest muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia. The goal is to break down adhesions that cause pain, inflammation, and limits range-of-motion.
Mommy-To-Be Prenatal Massage
Mommy-To-Be Prenatal Massage focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, helps to improve circulation, as well as helping to alleviate mental and physical fatigue.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping Therapy is an ancient form of therapy focusing on the mobilization of blood flow in order to promote healing. It is used to relieve back and neck pain, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even cellulite. No extra charge.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release uses specific techniques to stretch and repair the connective issue between your muscles (fascia). It helps your body heal properly from injuries and can restore range of motion by applying sustained pressure to the tissues until they soften and release.
