Massage Therapy is not a substitute for medical examinations, diagnosis, and/or treatments. Please be aware that certain medical conditions are contraindicated for massage. Please discuss any medical conditions and/or concerns you may have with your therapist prior to your massage.
The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment or terminate any session, over concerns of either the clients or the therapists wellbeing, at any time.
Your treatment time is reserved especially for you. In the event that you would need to change or cancel your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for each hour of treatment scheduled is required, for example 60 min/24 hrs, 120min/48hrs notice. Otherwise, full treatment fees apply.
COVID-19 Pandemic Policy
Prior to your treatment you will be asked…
Have you had a fever of 100 degrees F or greater in the last 2 days?
Do you have a cough or experienced difficulty breathing, sore throat, or loss of taste or smell?
Have you had contact with a person known to be infected with COVID-19 within the past 14 days?
If you can answer yes to any of the above questions you must contact me immediately to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
What to expect during your visit:
Body temperature will be taken upon arrival, those individuals registering 100 degrees F or higher will be asked to reschedule their appointment and postpone rescheduling until they have been fever free for a minimum period of 5 days.
Any individuals exhibiting a cough or in any other way appear unwell will be asked to reschedule their appointment for a later date.
You, the client, will be required to wear a face mask throughout the duration of the appointment, no exceptions.
I, the therapist, will wear a face mask throughout the duration of the appointment and gloves while performing the treatment, no exceptions.
Appropriate PPE will be required throughout the duration of the appointment, refusal to comply will result in termination of the treatment and payment in full will be due.
Any individuals found to withhold information regarding symptoms, possible infection, or possible exposure to the COVID-19 virus will be banned from receiving services and will not be allowed to reschedule.
Safety and cleanliness is of the utmost importance to ensure the wellbeing of both client and therapist. Please feel free to ask about our cleaning and sanitation practices.
