Policy

Massage Therapy is not a substitute for medical examinations, diagnosis, and/or treatments. Please be aware that certain medical conditions are contraindicated for massage. Please discuss any medical conditions and/or concerns you may have with your therapist prior to your massage.
The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment or terminate any session, over concerns of either the clients or the therapists wellbeing, at any time.

Cancellation Policy

Your treatment time is reserved especially for you. In the event that you would need to change or cancel your appointment, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required without incurring fees.

You will receive an email/text reminder at 48 hrs.

Schedule of Fees:

60-40 Hrs Notice: $10 or 10% whichever is greater.
40-24 Hrs Notice: $25 or 25% whichever is greater.
24-12 Hrs Notice: $50 or 50% whichever is greater.
12-5 Hrs Notice: $75 or 75% whichever is greater.
Less than 5 Hrs Notice: 100% Full Fees Apply.

In the event of illness or emergency fees can be waived. Please contact Renew Massage at office: 479-715-6757 or cell: 479-305-1505 as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any fees or penalties.

 

If 3 or more appointments are canceled and/or rescheduled consecutively you will be asked to wait to reschedule until your schedule allows for you to be able to keep your scheduled appointments and non-refundable prepayment will be required upon rescheduling.

COVID-19 Pandemic Policy

If you have had a fever of 100 degrees F or greater in the last 2 day, have had a cough or experienced difficulty breathing, sore throat, or loss of taste or smell, had contact with a person known to be infected with COVID-19 within the past 14 days, or received a vaccine within the past 72 hrs, please contact Renew Massage at office: 479-715-6757 or cell: 479-305-1505 immediately to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Masks are not required at this time. This may change without notice and at the discretion of the therapist based on local outbreaks and or the health and well-being of both client and therapist.

Safety and cleanliness is of the utmost importance to ensure the well-being of both client and therapist. Please feel free to ask about our cleaning and sanitation practices.
